We arrange and staff phone lines exclusively for a client’s members, as well as dedicated email addresses and voice mail boxes for all CMS team members who work on behalf of a client. For all practical purposes, no one should know that we are an association management firm but rather should see our team as an extension of a client’s staff.
Our staff can monitor and respond to all public and member inquiries to the client, whether via phone call, email, fax, or other means.
