Richard graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in accounting. He has over seven years of experience in public accounting specializing in non-profit and governmental financial reporting. He has worked closely with various non-profit organizations, associations, HOAs, housing authorities, franchisees, and K-12 school districts to review and ensure proper financial reporting under US GAAP. These experiences led him to the association management industry where he assists empowers clients to implement cost-efficient financial reporting procedures.
In his spare time, Richard focuses on assisting the development of new emerging professionals through volunteer programs such as CalCPA’s Young and Emerging Professionals program, CSUSB’s Alumni Mock Interview Program, and Saint John’s Mock Interview Program.
