Christina Bauders, CAE, CMP has been working with non-profit organizations for over 15 years. Her past experience includes membership, marketing, and extensive planning, management, and executive of events.
Christina has managed conferences ranging from 25 people to over 2,000, including complex multi-faceted events with multi-day education sessions, speaker selection, vendor and sponsor relations, and more. She effectively performs these duties while serving as an Executive Director for several international organizations and holding several leadership committee roles for the California Association of Association Executives (CalSAE).
Christina holds both a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification, and is actively involved in volunteering in industry associations.
