The CMS team has years of experience in successfully planning and executing a wide array of types of events.  This ranges from multi-day conferences, strategic planning retreats, to luncheons for local chapters of an association. Our team has collectively planned and executed events for professional associations for over 15 years, including an annual conference for over 1,500 attendees. The CMS team will pay great attention to each and every detail when planning and executing your group’s events  with a focus on elevating the attendee experience while minimizing costs. 

Our approach to servicing clients is based on what we call Superior Experience Engineering, which is the belief that a set of positive emotional experiences are crucial in developing engagement and loyalty towards an organization. We use this representing our clients to build positive relationships with their members, partners, attendees, and other stakeholders.

Our team is also able to pivot rapidly and convert an in-person experience into a virtual one should conditions warrant. We are versed in multiple virtual platforms. Our event team maintains close professional relationships with large hospitality chains and has on multiple occasions leveraged these relationships to obtain favorable terms not usually afforded to the general association community.
