Executive Governance

The overall success of an organization depends highly on the strength of its governance. Relevant bylaws and policies, as well as sound Board and committee structure management are vital components. 

Our team realizes the importance of a highly functioning Board and supporting committees.  Accordingly, our team will focus on ensuring that meetings are productive, which means big picture adherence to strategy and also attention to detail in our support of a Board and/or in-house executive.   Our goal is for members of a Board to walk away from meetings having had thorough discussions, and action items that lead to real mission advancement and subsequent follow up.
