CMS is capable of  providing clients with full financial services, short of a CPA, utilizing QuickBooks Online or a preferred accounting software. We are also able to support the association in any additional finance needs such as the facilitation of audits or reviews as directed by the Board. 

Our team will manage all accounts receivable/payable activity with a full measure of transparency. We can monitor investments and help advise Boards regarding reserve levels and guidelines. 

Our staff will assist in the preparation of annual budgets and will assist clients in making informed and timely decisions when it is required—such as has occurred with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our company philosophy is to be as prepared as possible for adversity armed with information and financial projections. 

Our team will ensure that a client has all proper insurance coverages, such as Director & Officers and General Liability as well as any others based on operations. 

Capabilities in this area include:

Financial, Accounting and Administrative 

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and related banking, Fixed asset, and depreciation accounting
• Month-end accounting (income, expenses and related accruals/general journal entries, general ledger, reconciliation of bank and credit card transaction statements)
• Preparation of financial statements and Treasurer’s report for Board meetings, and as otherwise needed and requested
