Brett Fraser, MBA, MA
Association Services Director + Strategist
Brett brings nearly a decade of association experience to the table. Throughout his career in the association world, he has successfully undertaken projects focused on membership growth and retention, membership structure overhauls, database conversions, marketing and content creation, committee development, and more. Brett says that he finds most success with clients when they can work together "to understand a company’s core value proposition which allows for the creation of effective strategies to increase individual engagement with the association."
Brett earned a Bachelor of Arts in US History from CSU, Sacramento, a Master of Arts in US History from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from CSU Sacramento.
In addition to his work for Compass Management Solutions, he serves on both the Membership Committee and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the California Association for Association Executives (CalSAE). In his free time he also works to create opportunities for local youth, whether it is volunteering as an instructor for after-school programs, planning charity golf tournaments, running his own non-profit, or coaching sports for his kids.
